Thanks to Instagram I saw this before and after picture of a former plus size model.
Though I couldn't speak to her directly, I could tell from her posts that her weight loss journey started out of her need to live a healthy life. She was able to lose a considerable amount of weight because she made the choice to exercise regularly and eat healthy. No special fad diets or fitness trainer helped her achieve this, but her resilience, discipline and willpower did!
The story is the same for the lady whose picture comes after the cut.
This brings me to our "Get fit for Xmas workout challenge" . I haven't done a lot of updates on it because the participants who reached out to me via emails chose to remain anonymous.

ReplyDeleteHi Sandy, targeting the hips for weight loss could be difficult...but total body workout that comprise of cardio exercises (jogging, skipping, running...) , squats and lunges will guarantee you results.

Hi dear, exercises like light cardio, squats and leg lifts can help you get back in shape after delivery, but you'll need to get your doctor's approval before starting any workout program.
