2WEEKS SQUAT/BOOTY CHALLENGE!


For over two weeks we've been talking about various exercises... I'm glad to announce our first "2wks squat/booty challenge". The essence of this challenge is to improve the appearance of your backside (squats are great for getting a bigger booty checkout my post on it here )

If you'll be joining this challenge, you'll need your workout clothes, workout shoes(optional for squats especially if you're working out at home), discipline, self motivation and your own body weight. No equipment is required for this.  To make it more intense I suggest you combine squats and lunges. The above picture is an illustration of how to do the traditional squat.
Lunges




Everyday for the next 2wks try to do 100 squats or more and  20mins of lunges or more.

If  your body can't handle 100 squats and 20mins of lunges per day, you can start with what's comfortable and move up as you get used to it. What really matters it how intense you make it. You can expect to see results after the first few days if you do this exercise well.

  1. This is really going to be interesting, I am in.

    But I have one challenge which I'd refer to as self motivation.... The mind is willing but the flesh is week. Pls Ifu u really need to drag me everyday if I must accomplish this.
