2WKS SQUAT/BOOTY CHALLENGE DAY 1!



How you doing guys? Today marks the beginning of our very first challenge. It's day one of our 2wks SQUAT/BOOTY CHALLENGE (You can find the post here) .
I'm excited for everyone who's indicated their interest in joining the challenge. To make this more effective and interesting, I'll like for everyone who's interested to follow these few guidelines:

1. Do a minimum of 100 squats and 20 minutes of lunges everyday for the next 2wks.




2. Take a picture of yourself (just like the one above) on your first day. Please send this picture to my email so that by the end of the challenge we can publish them (with your permission) alongside your final picture for others to see your result and get motivated. Please exclude your face if you'll like to remain anonymous.

3. Join this site to meet and interact with others and send me an email with your pictures and brief bio. Please send to ifuennada@gmail.com

4. Finally read this post here if you're not sure about the exercises you'll be doing.

  5. Tks for this post, my question is this 100 squats can you do it in bits like 30 or at a go to get the result?
