LOSING BABY FAT: SUCCESS STORY OF A NEW MUM!



Getting your body back after having a baby is not always an easy journey, but some women have shown that with regular exercising, you can definitely lose the baby fat, get your old body back and even improve the appearance few months after delivery.

The latest on our list of amazing transformations is Mrs.Odunayo, a new mum and a business woman whose baby is just 5months old.


Mrs. Odunayo started exercising just a week ago and she's been able to lose 2kg! That's a lot for a woman who's not on any special diet. Her workout routine comprise of a cardio exercise, jogging and sit-ups. Everyday she jogs for about 30minutes in the morning or evening and that's how her weight dropped from 82.3kg to 80kg. I spoke to Mrs.Odunayo about her weight-loss journey and here's what she had to say:

" My weight-loss goal is to lose 12kg in 1month and I've already lost 2kg in a week!. I'm so excited about this. Your blog has motivated because I get to join the challenges that you organise. I also met other people who are trying to be fit like me. Lily (a weight-loss and squat challenge participant) motivated me too and you've also encouraged me by checking up on me often. I never thought I could exercise for 1 straight  week!"
