WEIGHTLOSS CHALLENGE! JOIN IN!




Hello everyone! How you doing? Before going on to announce this challenge, I'd like to thank everyone who's contributed to this blog in numerous ways. I really appreciate your emails and comments.

In the past 2 days, I've gotten loads of emails and comments on weightloss and it's due to that popular demand that I'm announcing our first 1month weight loss challenge. The success of this challenge will pave way for our 100$ weightloss challenge, so it's imperative that you pay close attention to the guidelines and try as much as possible to comply.


Our squat challenge is still on and I'll publish amazing transformations of some of our participants in no time. Due to poor compliance of participants of our 1wk abs/flat belly challenge, this challenge will officially start next week too and would last a week. Please read through the guidelines for the weightloss challenge and the 1wk abs/flat belly challenge respectively.

Weightloss challenge registration guidelines
1. Send me an email titled "weightloss challenge" with your name, a brief bio, your current weight in kilograms and your other statistics; bust, waist, hips. Send emails to ifuennada@gmail.com .
2. Send me a picture of you holding a paper or cardboard with the inscription "1 month weightloss challenge #EnnadaFitness". You can hold this paper/cardboard in front of your face if you'll like to hide your identity.
3. Send me a full picture of your side profile, this time you're not holding up any paper.
4. Read my post on weight-loss exercises here and start warming your body up for the exercises to come.
5. Become a member of this blog, by joining this blog. We currently have only 2 registered members.
6.This challenge will be kicking off on Monday after I publish the exercises involved and a diet plan you can follow, so ensure to comply with these guidelines because I'll stop taking entries by midnight on Sunday 24th of August 2014.

Abs/Flat belly challenge registration guidelines
1. Send me an email titled "1wk abs/flat belly challenge". Include your name and brief bio. Please include the current pictures of your belly/abs, both front and side profiles.
2. Read my post on 1wk abs/flat belly challenge here and start warming up for the exercises to come. Entries close on Sunday.

To get the best out of any workout program you choose, you need to be consistent, focused, self motivated and determined to get results. Most of what we do here are body weight exercises to encourage people who don't have time for the gym or can't afford a gym membership. Body weight exercises are very effective just as working with equipments are, but to get the best out of any exercise, you need to give it your 100%. If you can get a workout partner or group to help you stay focused and motivated, please do get or join one.

Remember you didn't put on all that weight in one day (except for people whose genes are responsible and post delivery cases), so don't expect to get results with the snap of your finger. It's gonna get hard and painful, but that's when you'll need to stay focused and see it to the end.

  1. Ifu plz how can I register as a Blog member? Am very much interested in this contest! But........ The last time I measured myself(my tailor did actually), the tape couldn't cross around me. I was weighing 197kg in April 2014, currently weighing 168kg!!!!am working on myself and changed my lifestyle though I ve been finding it so challenging, painful, tired, and most times discouraged.. Obesity has denied me lots of things, my childhood, my youth and my love life, my carrier... Infact, let me stop here for now cuz I ve got lots of lamentations....
    By the way, I ve been more of your ardent reader than commenter (thanks for this great motivational Blogger, ur Blog will go places).

    1. I can't say how much you'd lose...but you should a considerable amount of weight. Some of our readers have lost between 2kg to 4kg in 1wk...
