BEFORE/ AFTER PICS OF OUR SQUAT CHALLENGE PARTICIPANT



About a week ago, we started our very first challenge on this blog, our "2 wks squat/booty challenge". A few people signed up for it and so far they're already  seeing results!

Checkout before and after pics of one of our participants, Lilian Obi. Lilian is a banker and a nursing mother whose baby is just 2 months old. Lilian started her exercise on Monday and she's already seeing amazing results! Checkout her pics after the cut.

 Here's what Lilian has to say;

"I have been an ardent read of Ifu's blog and when I saw the booty challenge I said to myself " Lily you have to utilise this opportunity". So I got myself signed in on Saturday and by Monday work started. I actually took the first photo on Monday night and 3days later, just 3days later result is evident, but I'm not giving up until I achieve my result which is to be hotter than Ifu".

That last part cracked me up. I'm so proud of Lily. Guys! If Lily, a nursing mother can do it, you too can!

    1. Hi dear, squats and lunges will fix that butt. You can also incorporate sit-ups and Leglifts for your belly...all these exercises are illustrated on this blog.
