Hi guys! I'd like to announce that the registration for our weight-loss challenge is still on. I got loads of emails from interested participants, but many left out some important details, like their statistics.
Please read the guidelines for the registration here. Registration is open till weekend.
Due to the extension of registration, our weight loss challenge has been postponed to kick off next month, 1st of September to be precise.
Before it kicks off, I'll share a workout video addressing weight loss on our YouTube channel, please subscribe to our Youtube channel here to get all my workout videos weekly. I'll also share a simple meal plan recommended by a nutritionist with you.
While we wait for the weight loss challenge to kick off, please check out some weight loss exercises that you can do here.

ReplyDeleteHello, just got to know about your blog today n am happy I did, am a nursing mother my baby is three months n I feel awful about my body particurly my tummy, my cloths don't fit anymore cos I can't zip them, is there any exercise designed for women like me ? I will still register for the challenge tho.
ReplyDeleteHi dear, cardio exercises like jogging and skipping can help. You can also incorporate Leglifts and sit-ups into your workout routine. All these exercises are illustrated on this blog...
Deleteild be joining the weight loss challenge even tho i hv a previous workout routine coz i believe i wld be better motivated. but ild like to knw if 59kg is ok for a 21yr old coz that's my current weight but early last year i weighed 56kg. dnt knw how it happened coz i hardly ever break the chain

Hi dear, bicycle crunch and Leglifts are great for sculpting your tummy. Fruits like lemon and lime also burn belly fat... You can try triangle push-ups for your arm jiggles...
