It's week 3 of our weight loss challenge, here are a few tips to help you burn more calories and get a flatter belly.
Detox Water
To make detox water simply put lime juice, lemon juice, cucumber and mint leaves in a jug. Add some water and chill. The ingredients contained in this detox water are effective against bloating. This detox water will also get rid of toxins and help burn fat. Drink this every night before you go to bed.aA
Boost Your Metabolism
Boosting your metabolism will help you burn more calories. You can achieve this by adding more leafy greens, protein and fibre into your diet. The following will also help boost your metabolism;
1. Plenty of water
2. Green tea
3. Spices in diet
4. Exercises
Go out! Have fun!
If your life is simply work and indoor activities, it's time to heat things up a bit. Take time to engage in an outdoor activity after work hours or during the weekend. The weekend is a great time to hang out with friends and engage in fat burning activities like salsa, Zumba, cycling or any sport you love. I particularly love salsa and football. These fun activities are also great cardio exercises that'll help you burn fat
Get a Enough Sleep!
If you follow you workout routine strictly and still don't see any change in your weight, you need to check how much sleep you get. Sleeping up to 8 hours helps burn calories as the muscles get repaired from stress and exercise while you're asleep. So get enough sleep!
