Wall squats are my favourite exercises in the squat family because this single exercise is great for toning and increasing the butt size, it tones the legs, thighs, abs, waist and the entire core when done properly.
How to do the reverse wall squat
1. To do this wall squat variation, bring your toes to the wall, keep them an inch away from the wall and keep your legs wide apart.
3. Sir as low as you can go and hold the seated position for 5-10 secs, repeat 20 times for 1 set. Try to do 3-5 sets.
The squat movement is the most functional movement we do. If you learn how to do the squat exercise very well, you'll be efficient at doing normal everyday activity. This is because the squat movement works your entire body. It improves your legs, thighs, posterior end and core muscles. The stronger and more stable these muscles are, the more supported your body and spine will be and this will contribute to an overall attractive posture.
This is top on my list of exercises that are great for building a bigger booty, toned legs and thighs. I'll share more exercises with illustrations as the days go by. Follow me on Instagram @ifuennada .
