MEAL PLAN FOR WEIGHTLOSS



Hi guys, apologies for my absence. Hope you're doing great? Today's the 4th day of our weightloss challenge and I'd like to share with you this meal plan recommended by a nutritionist.
Please, feel free to consult your physician if you're allergic to any food or drink on this list.

According to the nutritionist, the carbohydrates included in this meal plan are low carbs and are beneficial to the body.

Breakfast options

1- 1 cup of green tea, vegetable omelet, 1 slice of wheat bread, 1 apple.
2-1 cup of green tea,  sweet potatoes, fish sauce, 1 banana
3- 1 cup of green tea, mixed fruit salad, yoghurt
4- 1 cup of green tea, 2 slices of bread with honey, 1 apple
5- 2 scrambled egg white with tomato and pepper, 1 boiled plantain, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch options

1- Jollof rice, chicken, yoghurt
2- brown rice, vegetable sauce, 1beef
3- vegetable soup with chicken, small wheat meal,
4, fish and tomato sauce, 1 cup of green tea
5- Okro soup and small Eba, 1 cup of green tea

Supper options

1- Moimoi,chichken and vegetable sauce, fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of green tea
2- boiled plantain, fish and tomato sauce, fresh lemon juice
3- mixed fruit juice, fresh lemon juice, cashew nuts
4- vegetable soup, small Eba, fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of green tea
5- Sweet potatoes,sane imp and mixed vegetable sauce
(You can substitute the vegetable for with Okro or afang soup)

Whatever you choose, please ensure you drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Aside the numerous benefits of water, it works well in reducing belly fat.

Snack options

Almond
Apple
Cashew nuts
Carrots
Banana

  3. Though I cant adhere to all that cos I m breastfeeding, buh wil surely do all that whenever I stopt breastfeeding, once more tnk u ifu.

    1. I can't really endorse any brand as being the best, but you could ask at the pharmacy of store you intend to purchase from
