Hi Beauties! Say Goodbye to flabby arms with these effective body weight exercises. These exercises contribute to getting rid of the fat in your arms by building muscles which result to overall fat loss in your arms.
There are several exercises that are great for sculpting your arms but let's check out my top 2 exercises that require minimal equipment.
Skipping:
I'm sure no one is new to skipping. All you need is your skipping rope and yourself. Instead of counting reps, skip until your arm muscles are exhausted, then rest for a few seconds and repeat for 3 or more times before moving on to the next exercise. Some fitness instructors advice to start your arm exercises with skipping.
Triangle Push-ups
Most fitness instructors will tell you for free that this is toughest but most effective arm exercise. It'll tone your arms from shoulders to finger tips. The above picture is a modified version. Here's how to do the triangle push-up;

- Begin the move by positioning the hands on the mat directly under the chest with the fingers spread and the thumbs and forefingers touching, making a triangle shape.
- Straighten the legs into a plank position (harder) or keep the knees on the floor for an easier version.
- Make sure the back is flat and the abs are engaged as you bend the elbows, lowering until your chin or chest touches the mat. If you can't go that low, go as low as you can and work to build enough strength to lower all the way down over time.
- At the bottom of the movement, your elbows will naturally flare out to the side.
- Press back to start, keeping the torso rigid, and repeat for 1-3 sets of 8-16 reps.

ReplyDeleteYeah I agree that Triangle Push-ups is most effective arm exercise. It helps to properly maintain the arms. A few days ago I downloaded exercise videos to learn Triangle Push-ups. I highly recommend those videos.
