Workout Report: September Weightloss Challenge Wk1


It's week 1 of our September weight loss challenge. My sincere apologies for the absence of the workout video, (after compressing the video to reduce the enormous size, the picture and audio quality dropped. I've not been able to make another one since then). But I'll fix this soon.

Regardless of some of the issues we've had especially with the workout video and BBM group, I've been getting amazing feedbacks from some participants who are taking this seriously. 

I'd like to address the BBM group issue here. Due to a phone malfunction, it crashed and I've since not set up another one because I'm looking for a permanent alternative, but while we wait for that, I want you to really understand why you're doing this and be your own motivation. Loads of people have sent me emails with regards to the group. Some actually said to me that they draw motivation from other members of the group. 

I'm glad you found some motivation, but please I need you to be motivated beyond the group. I need you to stay motivated whether or not there's a BBM group where you chat with others or just a blog where you get fitness advice. I'm sure no one wants to see that change you're working out for more than you do. So why not do yourself a favour and go on to achieve that change? Love yourself enough to able to push yourself beyond the limits you have set. See that change, feel the change, work towards and get that change.

By now, an ardent reader of this blog will know my payoff line is "Life is beautIFU". Well, the truth is life is a lot of things, ugly inclusive, but I choose to see life as beautiful, because that way I work towards a life that's really beautiful, for myself and the world at large. Let's not get into "Ifu's lectures on life", bottom line is choose what you really want and go after it, regardless of who's watching or who's not supporting you. Go on and keep working out, be your own motivation even in the absence of the BBM group and workout video. I've explained the exercises on this blog, but I'll make another video and this time it'll be shorter so the size won't be so heavy.

Well noted, I ve been doing situp and d rest realy trying my best, I wish I could diet too so dt it wil help me to loose fast, I cant wait to stop breastfeedin wen d time cums and switch to dietin cos I want to be slim and sexy most of all fit. Ifu life is indeed beaut ifu, God bless you for your effort so far.
