Monday Fitness Motivation: All Hail This Super 18yrs old!




Our Monday fitness motivation is 18-yrs old Kayinsola. This 300l law student of Crescent University loves to stay fit and healthy, though she's nowhere close to the overweight department.

Kayinsola calls her workout routine the"No Nonsense Circuit". This workout program includes;

* Jumping jacks- 50
* Squats- 20
* Squat jumps-20
* Alternating lunges- 20 (each leg)

* Burpees- 15
* Push-ups- 25
* Mountain climbers-30
* Crunches-50
* Plank hold-60 seconds



According to her, she does 3sets of these exercises and it takes approximately 30 minutes to finish! You'd be forgiven if you already feel exhausted from reading her workout routine. That's a lot for an 18-yrs old right? 

Kayinsola also has a personal trainer, but she also works out on her own and her fitness goal is simply to always stay fit and healthy! What's your fitness goal? What is your workout program?   4. I miss the days when I was in school and could still visit the gym, it made me feel great. Anyway, my bathroom is my new gym. Great job kayinsola!
