FLAT BELLY, BIG BOOTY TIPS



I'd like to congratulate everyone who's signed up for our first squat/booty challenge and everyone who's indicated their interest in joining. I'm gonna publish all your photos (with your permission). To help you maximise this challenge, here a a few tips to follow.

1. When squatting tighten your belly muscles to enjoy the benefits of this exercise on your belly. Aside building the booty, squatting is a great core exercise. It works on your entire body. It helps to tone your thighs. It could also reduce the size of your waist with consistency. I lost 2inches around my waist after a month of doing various squat exercises.


2. For the lunge exercise to be very effective, repeat on both legs. You could start with your left leg. When you get in the position stay there for 30secs or how much your body can take, now repeat on the other leg. Repeat several times on both legs and make sure to make them as intense as possible.

3. Add sit-ups to your squat and lunge routine. The truth is your posterior (booty) appears more visible when your tummy is flat. Do at least 50 sit-ups everyday. Very soon I'll talk about losing belly fat with various exercises and the right diet.

  4. Nice 1. I hope am not gonna loose weight though. Really need to burn belly fat but every other thing about me is absolutely OK.

    1. Ouch! They should hurt a lil if you've been working out, especially if you're a beginner. Sorry Love, pls take a short break if it hurts really bad.
