WORKOUT REPORT! WHAT'S YOUR WORKOUT REPORT?!



A workout report is a daily/ record of your workout routine. Keeping a workout report or a workout journal is a great way to keep track of your progress. By taking records of your workout routine everyday, you're able to see your progress and recognise where you need improvement. The importance of keeping a workout report also include;

Self-Motivation and confidence

Keeping a workout report can help with your confidence.When you go through your journal and look back on your past performance, you see how much you've grown over a period of time and this helps with self-motivation, especially if you're having a bad day or if you're recovering from an illness. Your past achievements will motivate you to get back on track.

Setting fitness goals: 

Your workout report helps you set fitness goals, keep track of them and set more goals when you've achieved them. By keeping track of your fitness achievement everyday, you avoid sidetracking and focus on what really matters.

Your workout report should include your set goals, your workout program, daily/weekly report after your workout sessions, achievements, difficulties experienced and any data or information you consider important.

Henceforth, we'll have a weekly report of our workout routines and achievements. If you'll like share your workout reports on this blog, please send your reports, workout pictures and a brief bio to my email address "ifuennada@gmail.com".

  1. The challenge has been of great help to me plus the motivation I get from the group.
    I did not only have my butt shooting out like over blown ballon, my abdominal baby fat is disappearing like melted wax.
    I am so grateful to Ifu, the group and all that really pushed me to doing this despite my tight schedule as a nursing mother and wife to a man that can't eat anything outside even if it is ordinary water.

  2. i am happy i found this blog from lailas blog. i joined the gym last week but iv been so unserious with it. but after finding this blog today, i will start keeping a diary of my diet from tomorrow and my exercise but i plan to take my diet way seriously.im so scared to ckeck the scale, i was about a103kg some months back, and now i dont know what i weigh.im only 24.,the thing is i always start but always give up after some days.but after finding this blog,i will try to push harder, hope i can get back into 90kg, then 80, if i can reach my target 70KG then il be happy.Lordhelp everyone on this mission! ada.

  4. Hello am new here from SDK blog, I intends registering in a gym next month but with the advent of this blog God's willing I might have to cancel it. I want to slim down, burn my tommy fat and enhance my hip muscle. Please which should I start with?

  9. I stumbled upon your blog a few days ago. I currently weigh 89.9kg. I am motivated to start working out and going on a diet. My goal for today is to stay away from carbs. No bread no rice no cake no flour product pastries or ice cream. I'm also going to do some exercise routine. Great job you're doing here.

    1. Gym + diet and be consistent. No magic. I was 105 kg now weighing 87kg, goal is 70 kg. took me 5 months to loose the weight.

  15. Just stumbled on your blog sweetie and I'm happy i did,i rrally need dat motivation. I just started the bicycle kick and some lunges,but mehn dat thing hurts like crazy but i knw wit time imma get used to it.d problem wit muah is dat i when i start,i will be excited n all but after some time i just get lazy.keep up d good work girl.#teamfitandhealthy.
