ATTENTION ALL WORKOUT CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS!!!


Workout challenges are a great way to condition your body to adapt quickly to exercisies and also help you achieve specific results in a desired area.

To make the most out of every workout challenge you join on this blog, it is essential to adhere to the guidelines as much as you can. This makes it easier for me to track your results and help you improve.


So far, we've had two workout challenges which are yet to come to completion, the most recent being the "1wk abs/flat belly challenge". One of the rules of these workout challenges is that participants send their current pictures to me, so that by the end of the challenge we can compare your picture then to the old one and see what results you've achieved (people who'd like to remain anonymous should exclude their face). Your results won't only motivate you, but countless others who visit this blog.

However, only few people adhere to this and I must say it's quite heartbreaking for me. I can't be with everyone physically as their fitness motivation/instructor, but we can achieve a lot if we maximise our online presence, communicate via emails and also adhere to guidelines. 

So, I'm reaching out to everyone who's participating in any workout challenge here and is yet to send me their pictures, please send me your pictures, send me your fitness goals for each challenge and we'll get through it together. If you'll like to remain anonymous, please exclude your face from these pictures. Guidelines for upcoming challenges will be published alongside the workout challenge.
