That's me in the above picture, learning to stand on both hands. I still need the help of the wall to achieve this. I spent just 20minutes working out in the morning and I didn't do loads of cardio.
I'd like to hear from our weight loss challenge participants. How are you guys warming up? Monday is just around the corner. Do let us know what you've been up to. ReplyDeleteWell I did cycling for 5mins, sit ups and squats 50 each, leg raise 30, crunches 30.
No lunges....gush I hate it.
