Hi guys! I can't tell you how excited I am to announce the beginning of this challenge. I got over 70 entries, though some didn't follow the guidelines, but I was totally blown away.
I got people asking me how much this challenge costs; it's an online challenge, it's free and I'm glad you're a part of it.
There should be workout video in the place of the picture above (that's me doing a full plank), but I had no control over my internet connection. It just won't let me upload the video to my YouTube channel! But not to worry, I'm gonna briefly explain the exercises that make up the weight-loss video I made and while we wait for it to come up, you can include it to any basic cardio exercise of your choice.
The weight loss video I made is just about 14 mins long. It comprises of 3squat variations; static squat, and 2 modified version of the traditional (up and down movement ) squat. I also included 2 crunch variations and Leg-lifts for phase 1. I did 10 reps of each exercise for 4sets. The second phase consists of 2plank variations which took about 3-4 mins of my time.
These exercises are effective for weight-loss if you do them rapidly between 13-15 mins with at most 1 min break. They can be done indoors on a spot just before you go out in the morning. Trust me before you get to the 3rd set of phase 1, you'll definitely sweat and sweating is a sign that fat is crying.
Can I still do other cardio exercises?
You can totally add any cardio exercise to this workout routine. The exercises that make up the weightloss video I made are also very effective if you do them indoors within the time i recommended. I chose those exercises because they also help tone and sculpt your body, especially your belly, butt and thighs.

How do I stay motivated?
I'm gonna email every participant my BBM pin for the sake of joining the BBM group and interacting with others. You should also be your own motivation. I'll also email you a simple meal plan!

The pain you feel is called "muscle soreness" it's normal during the early stages of a workout. Your body is simply trying to adapt to this new physical activity...
