Hi guys! It's a beautIFU Saturday morning in this part of the world and I'm excited typing this. Yes, this is where we get to talk about our fitness goals and achievements during the week. It's also week 2 of our September weight loss challenge. Some people have kept me updated on their weight loss journey, but I'll like everyone to share their challenges and achievements here so that more people can get motivated.
Here's something you could try for weight loss if you're not a fan of intense cardio. It's simply an 8 minutes workout routine that'll make you sweat profusely. I bet you already know sweating during workout is a good sign that fat is crying.
During the week I amped my booty workout program. It includes 5mins of static squats, 100 donkey kicks on each leg and 2mins of wide lunges. Before I finished the 3rd set I almost drowned in my own sweat. The trick is to make sure you take a maximum of 1min break through out the routine.
How to do my 8mins booty workout that works for weight-loss
1. Start with the static squat. Get in the squat position and hold it for 1min.
2. Proceed to the donkey kicks, doing 40 on each leg.
3. Move on to the wide lunge. Get in the lunge position and hold it for 1 minute, repeat on the other leg.
4. Start over with the static squat and until you complete 5sets of static squats, 100 donkey kicks and 2minutes of wide lunge exercises.
If you do this well, you're sure to burn at least 500 calories.
So, will you try this? I'll like to hear from you. Please leave your comments and suggestions below.
