Workout Report: Weightloss Challenge Day 23


Hi Beauties, apologies for my absence these past few days. How you doing? Thanks for your numerous comments and emails. I hope that I reply each of them to your satisfaction.

It's day 23 of our weightloss challenge and though I haven't gotten feedback from some people, I've been able to track some people's weightloss journey and results, thanks to their constant emails and comments.

One of our participants sent me an email where she announced that she's lost 2inches around her waist and hip region. I've also gotten interesting feedbacks from some participants. So I'd Ike to hear your achievements so far and any difficulty you have encountered. Please simply leave your comments below. Remember that your result no matter how small could be a huge motivation to someone reading it.

I recently got a 7day diet/meal plan from a nutritionist and I'm going to share this with anyone who's interested. Please before adopting any diet plan, always consult your physician if you aren't sure of the effect on your health. To get this diet/meal plan, please indicate by commenting below.

  1. Hello Ifu! I'd be giving you updates on my workout by the end of the month. I'm sure you'd enjoy my story but i wouldn't say anything now for fear that i let the cat out of the bag. I'd appreciate it if you drop your mail address as i can't remember it.
    For now, i have a concern. I know that workout generally reduces the body size and that's why we have some specifics to keep areas as the butt intact. My worry here is the breast; few weeks after I commenced workout, I started to feel like my bust size was reducing so I decides to check it out. I use a C cup bra but i tried on a B cup and it fit (not perfectly though). I'd like to know if there is anything i can do to stop this 'bustloss' and if there are exercises to make them firmer. Thanks!

    1. Hi dear, general weight loss reduces breast size, but you can increase the size of your bust area by making BSE (breast self examination) a regular routine. Instead of just checking for lumps, massage the breast in a clockwise motion for at least 5mins a day. This worked perfectly for a close friend of mine. Pushups are good for toning breast tissues/muscles... Here's my email add ifuennada@gmail.com

A year ago, I was only a little overweight but really out of shape because I didn't get engaged in any physical acivities besides P.E at school.
