Basic Eye Makeup

Hello Ladies! Thanks to Lyllyx Makeover, today's post is a tutorial on basic eye makeup. You'll learn how to  get a simple but professionally done eye makeup that could be worn everyday and  to all occasions. I's quite simple, don't be alarmed by all the steps! Firstly, u need to know the parts of the eye...

Everyone's features differ, some have smaller eyelids, some have defined brow bones and so on.... But the basic eyeshadow application is same for all eyes. Just know the different features and follow the steps below.

Let's get to it!

It's time for the eye colour! Using a flat medium sized eyeshadow brush. pack on some colour gradually till your desired effect.

Now get a midtone eyeshadow that is slightly darker to your skintone. This enables better blending, and gives the eye colour some sort of gradient

Now using your crease brush, get a very matte(no shimmer) dark colour, it could be deep purple, deep blue, whatever fits into your scheme of colour. NB. crease brush can still serve as your blending brush, if u can't buy blending brush, just make sure u clean b4 u use it to blend.

It's not so difficult! Remember this is a basic application,you can spice things up by changing colours, using more than one colour on your eyelid, elongating d eye liner etc. always know dat the secret to a neat makeup is Blending!!!!. Makeup is about creativity and how you can express yourself!. with this u can then draw your brow,  powder your face and with that yummy lip colour of ur choice. Viola!!
