It gives me great joy when people get results from their workout program/routine. The latest on the list of our success stories is Ms Yoma. She joined our squat challenge a week before it came to an end and she also included some cardio exercises to her workout routine. In just one week, she's been able to lose 3kg and she also informed me that the appearance of her posterior has improved!
She sent me the above picture collage for all to see. Ms. Yoma's weight dropped from 80kg to 77kg in just a week, all thanks to her consistency with her workout routine and self-motivation.
Here's part of the message she sent to me;
" Hi Ifu, I want to say a huge thank you for coming into my life through your blog...you don't know how much God used u to help me...Its been just a week and I never believed I could be this strong.. This is just the beginning and I won't stop... To me this is a big improvement from where I was last week...can't wait to see where I'll be next week.
P.S: I lost 3kg this week alone..From 80kg to 77kg"
I hope everyone in our weight loss challenge can draw motivation from every success story this blog has recorded. Ms Yoma hasn't joined our BBM group, but her self-motivation has helped her a lot. You need to love yourself enough to be able to achieve whatever goals you set in life. Whether or not you have the support of loved ones, everything boils you and the decisions you take.
Our squat challenge came to an end last week and I'll be publishing more amazing "before and after photos and stories" .
