Vitamin C
According to nutritionists and health experts, the ability of vitamin C to reduce stress hormone levels may help to prevent increased belly fat storage.
Citrus fruits such as orange and lemon are a great sources of vitamin C. Also green peppers and pineapples are packed with vitamin C. Aim to consume foods rich in vitamin C everyday. Vitamin C is great for keeping the immune system in check by fighting off diseases.
It's available in supplements, but taking it naturally is the best.

Calcium pyruvate 
The pyruvate part sounds strange, yeah? Calcium pyruvate is a substance that occurs naturally in your body during digestion and metabolism. It's main goal is to make energy and fuel your cells.
According to studies obese women who combined exercising with a low-calorie diet and supplemental calcium pyruvate lost 48 percent more fat than those who didn't.
