SATURDAY WORKOUT REPORT!



Hey guys! It's a lovely Saturday morning in this part of the world and I'm just getting up to workout indoors (blame it on...). I'll love to hear what you've been up to? What's your workout routine? What did you achieve this week? Have you exercised this morning?

  4. I started my usual situp after abandoning it for months 3 days ago. I do 100 daily, I feel my tommy is toning down already not forgetting the joint and tommy pains too.

Ifu be very careful! how dare u put me so much stress? u stopped sharing ur link on LIB and i had to search for ur blog to no avail guess that was because i used a wrong id. look, im really scared coz working out gives me joy but for sometym iv been having this continuous sharp pain in my back precisely the waist line and i made research on it with the results showing i might have to stop my squats. It hurts alot coz that is my best work out. im so discouraged i stopped working out and my bellyfat is rearing its ugly head again *crying*

  7. Hi Ifu. Really love ur blog. My own issue is i want to gain weight, but lose belly fat as i just had a baby 2 months ago. How do i accomplish that

    1. Hi dear, to gain weight, you'll need to eat healthy, try not to jump on excess calories. Leg-lifts are great for losing belly pouch as a result of childbirth...

  8. Ifu, I got a lil ish... Started squatting, and then I realized a sharp pain in my left knee joint.. And the pain keep increasing.. Please treat this as an SOS, and tell me what to do... Thanks

  9. PLS HELP!!! i noticed i get extremely horny a few hours after work out. guess this is because i feel good about my body whenever i workout so my brain picks up the signal. The issue here is that im not sexually active. is there a solution to this?

  10. Hi Mr.A and my dear anonymous with the back pain, muscle soreness is normal..but you should get that checked out. It could be a tiny fracture you ignored...

    Hi my dear anonymous 1:57 if you feel you're underweight, the best way to gain weight is to eat healthy. I'll be treating this soon. As for your tummy, pls check out some of the exercises I listed in our ab/flat belly challenge.subcribe to our YouTube channel, I'll sharing great workout videos there soon.   12. Hello Ifu, THANK U! I started the no sugar/drink/bread on Friday. I also commenced the ginger drink on Saturday and I must confess I feel light.I usually take the drink at night then take only pap in the mornings to work. I felt at ease with the gown I wore to church on sunday; this use to be too tight the last time I wore it in june. I woke up early to workout around the estate this morning for the first time. am happy thank u. Yeaaa u haven't replied my question about how healty cowhead and cowleg meat are.

    1. Red meat is one of the most controversial foods in the history of nutrition, but it's very nutritious especially if it comes from grass fed animals...it's a great source of protein, iron, zinc and various other nutrients... I hope this helps...
