BEST WEIGHT-LOSS WORKOUT/ EXERCISES FOR YOU!



Eating healthy and exercising still remains the best way to lose weight. If you'd like to lose weight and haven't exercised before or you're not used to exercising, you'll have to always remember that losing weight by exercising isn't always an interesting experience at first, but with consistency and determination you won't only see results, exercising will become a part of your lifestyle.

The best weight-loss exercises will comprise of a cardio aspect and a toning aspect. Here's a list of exercises you can do with no equipment and they're sure to help you burn between 300-1000 calories.



Jogging, Swimming, Skipping, Cycling, Running, Walking:
These are brilliant cardio exercises that will help you burn between 300-1000 calories, depending on how much time you spend doing them. Doing at least an hour per workout session consistently for 3weeks will ensure you see results.



Leg lifts, Planks, Sit-ups, crunch:
These exercises mainly target your belly, lower abdomen, obliques and your entire core. I usually do 100 of each exercise per workout session, but you don't have to be like me. You can choose anywhere lower or higher than 100, what matters is how intense you make them. These exercises will make you sweat and burn between 300-800 calories. With consistency and determination, you can expect results in 2weeks or earlier. These results will include a flat belly and toned abs.





Squats, Butt-high, Lunges:
These exercises are excellent for toning the butt, hips, legs, thighs, even the waist. My workout session is incomplete without 100 squat split into several variations and the butt- highs. Aside helping you burn calories, these exercises will totally change the appearance of your lower body. If you're tired of having an empty backside or want to see improvement in that department invest time doing these exercises.

If you must lose weight, then you must eat right. My next post will be on a list of weight loss food and drinks to avoid. 

PS: Working out in the morning before breakfast will do your body right, because then you'll burn more calories. Never starve yourself in the name of weight loss and it's not advisable to workout when you're very sick.

  2. Hi ifu..so I read the posts and was wondering what are planks,crunch,butt high and lunges? Excuse my ignorance.. Maybe you should do a post on them with pictures to accompany them to make for easy assimilation. Heard about pilates but dunno what they are
