WEIGHT LOSS? TRY LEMONS! THEY WORK FOR ME!





Hey guys! Finding it hard to lose weight? Try lemons! Drinking freshly squeezed lemons with warm water and a bit of honey (optional) rids my system of toxins and also helps me burn calories. Yes guys! It works for me. Lemons are natural laxatives and fully packed with vitamin C which gives it its weight loss ability.

The fastest and most healthy way to lose weight still remains exercising regularly, but eating healthy goes a long way in speeding up results. Health and fitness experts also affirm that eating more vegetables and nuts like almonds go a long way in weight management and staying healthy.

My major problem is eating well..I find it difficult to eat healthy..my excuse is I'm a final year student and being so busy I eat when I can..Now I've ballooned to a 100kg..really need to loose weight ifu..I've told myself I'll start on august 1st atleast loose 3kg per week.hope its not unreasonable..a little guidance and motivation won't hurt. sandyluv91@yahoo.com.au
