VIDEO: INTENSE AB/FLAT BELLY WORKOUT BY WALE GATES



Hi guys! How you doing? It's a Monday morning and our Monday motivation is Wale Gates. The above video is just one of his intense ab/ flat belly workout. Check it out and tell me what you think. This exercise will definitely give you that flat belly and sexy abs, but it's not advisable to start with this if you're just a beginner.

    1. Yes, men lift weight s and squat too, but it's mostly to build their thighs and legs...
