HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE AND MANGO SMOOTHIE
Hi guys! In my last post I talked about how pineapple and mango can help you heal faster here .I also promised to teach you how to make pineapple and mango smoothie, here's how to! It's really easy to make.
Ingredients
2 ripe mango- peeled, and cubed
1/2 fresh pineapple- peeled and nicely chopped
1 cup of fresh orange juice (optional)
Ice cubes
Honey
Lime slices
Step
Blend everything (except the lime slices) until it's smooth, garnish with lime slices, serve and enjoy. Ensure you use ripe and fresh fruits. You can read the health benefits of pineapple and mango here .

Am a smoothie lover! wld have tried the combination above immediately but its difficult to get fresh mango now but I'll let you knw how good it taste wen I finally try it out.
