GET A FIT AND SEXY BODY WITHOUT GOING UNDER THE KNIFE! WORKOUT!

Hi guys! Here's a photo/video slide of few of my workout routines without any equipment. I do several variations of squats, planks and lunges and a lot of other exercises. What is your workout routine like and what part of your body would you like to focus on? I'm just a fitness enthusiast, but together we can achieve your set goals.     1. I need to shade my weight
    2. I also need to acquire a flat tummy.
    3. A maintenance tutorial and possibly nutritional tips could help stabilize this set fitness goals.
