BIGGER BUTT- SQUAT FOR A BIGGER, CURVIER BUTT!

Hi guys! It's Sunday in this part of the world, so I'm saying "Happy Sundaaaaaaaay!".
While I'm getting ready to share my workout videos on weight-loss and general fitness I thought I'd write this post since a lot of people on Instagram and some of my friends have questioned the rounder appearance of my backside. LOL

That's me squatting in the above picture (pls forgive me for not wearing my workout shoes...) .
Well, it's no rocket science. *sings in T-pain* All I do is squat, squat, squat... Yeah, that's all I do. I do different variations of squats to target my glute muscles (backside muscles if you'll call it that LOL) . Squatting is very effective if you want a bigger butt. You don't need to wear butt pads or go under the knife, just squat and get results! Squatting takes up at least 10mins of my workout session. If you're consistent enough, you can expect results in less that a week! Yes I mean it guys! Whatever happens, don't tie your self esteem or self worth to your appearance. What really matters is the beauty beyond skin deep and always remember you're beautiful!

  5. Just discovered your blog, nice one! I started with my squats but i slacked, i slacked with my workout in general...self motivation is really hard when ure working out alone...any tips?

    1. Hi dear, you can squat as many times you want, say at least 50times a day...what really matters is how intense you make them. Very soon I'll show you squat variations and butt-highs that are very effective...
