RECOVER FASTER WITH PINEAPPLE AND MANGO!



Good morning guys! Did you know that pineapples and mangoes can help you recover fast? If you workout a lot or you're just starting out, chances are you'll experience muscle pain at some point, but by adding these delicious fruits to your meal/diet you stand to gain more than the delicious taste they possesss. Here's why;
Pineapple: Pineapples are rich in vitamin C which aids in tissue growth and repair. It also provides fibre which lowers cholesterol level. It contains an enzyme called bromelain, according to nutritionists this enzyme helps fight pain and inflammation in athletes. It also helps in the digestion of protein. Now let's move over to Mangoes!

Mango: According to health experts, mangoes are rich in both vitamin A and vitamin C and they may help in fighting pain and inflammation. They also contain contain an antioxidant they may limit tissue breakdown.

Now that you know, are you going to eat more pineapples and mangoes anytime you're sick? I don't wait till I get sick, I just eat them. My favourite fruits include apple, watermelon, pineapple, mango, banana, all citrus fruits...and the list is endless! My next post will be on how to make pineapple and mango smoothie!
