AVOID THESE FOODS IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT
Losing weight can be a hard struggle especially if you've put on so much weight, but with exercising and eating right you'll definitely get off the over-weight department. The choice to exercise and eat right is yours to make. Remember it took a while for you to put on so much weight, you're not going to lose it by magic or a snap of your finger. Taking weight-loss pills is also not advisable, because pills like that are designed to fail, but exercises and the right diet will help you achieve your fitness goals. Checkout my post on weight loss exercises here . For starters you'll need to stop drinking regular and diet sodas/soft drinks.
According to health experts you could lose up to 35 pounds in one year if you drink water each time you have a craving for soda or soft drinks. Drink more water and cut down your alcohol consumption. Alcohol is actually the refined juice of natural foods which makes it concentrated sugar and you know sugar makes you fat easily. You also need to cut down on your salt and sugar intake because they make you gain water weight.
While shopping for groceries read food labels and avoid anything with saturated fat. Saturated fats are not heart friendly, but unsaturated fats are. Also Omega 3-fatty acids are also heart friendly and boost your immune system. Checkout the list of foods and drinks to avoid when trying to lose weight below.

By the way if you weigh 57kg , that's not bad, though I don't know your full body statistics, but I'm a sz6 and I weigh around 52kg. :) . Thanks for the compliment too.
DeleteYou have said it all my dear - The fear of sugar is the beginning of weight loss. Recently I gained 10kg because of my unhealthy diet, but, now I've stopped taking sugar, I can see a change. It's a process, but, I will get there - of that I;m sure :)

Deletehi Ifu, just came across your blog now, would say you are doing a great job but i have a question, 60% of the things you wrote above to be avoided are my favorites, if i should avoid them, what then should i eat? I think a comprehensive list of foods to enhance weight loose will help.
