Dance workout video: Day 4 of our Fit Africa challenge!


Say hello to a fun way to workout, lose weight and stay fit! If you're tired of doing the same routines everyday, this could be a Messaih to your situation.

I originally set out to dance to one of my favourite song "Bonfire heart" by James Blunt, then I decided to throw in few exercises and the result is what we have here. This wasn't properly choreographed because like I said earlier, I didn't set out to make a dance workout video, but I explained the exercises with short texts on screen.


Dancing is a fun way to relieve stress and get a good workout. I'll make a better choreographed video and share with you Beauties in the days to come.

  2. Wow! This is Great. I learnt some new routines plus the correct Plank position. I haven't been doing it right. lol. This would help for my workout the weekend. Thanks Ifu.
