Today is day 22 of our workout challenge. Have you been working out?
Exercises include: *10 minutes cardio (no need to repeat at the beginning of each set
#squats - 20 reps per set
#Lunges - 20 on each leg per set
#Leg lifts- 20 per set
#BicycleCrunch - 20 per set
#plank 30-60secs per set
#Pushups - 10-15 per set
Do these exercises in a circuit, try to avoid breaks between each exercise when trying to complete a set. Complete 1 set, rest for 30 secs and start again. Try to do 2- 3sets per session and repeat another session before the day ends.
