Previously we talked about causes of loose vagina, here's the concluding part that talks about how to tighten the vagina walls.
If you have a loose vagina and have been searching for ways to tighten it, there's no need to visit a doctor or opt for any kind of surgical treatments to get your vagina back to form.
I've put together some simple, natural and very effective remedies that can tighten your vaginal muscles and reduce the size of the vaginal opening to a great extent.
Leg Lifts/Leg Ups
If you have been following all my posts on this blog then you should be no stranger to leg lifts. This exercise has different variations. The variation for the purpose of vagina tightening requires you to lie down on your back, on the floor and raise your legs upwards one after the other.
Try not to bend your legs while doing this exercise, rather keep them straight as you raise and lower them alternatively.
A slight variation to this exercise involves moving your legs laterally (to the side) as well. Try to keep the legs straight as you do so. Do 20 reps of this exercise for 5-10 sets. Try to incorporate this exercise in your workout routine and do it everyday of the week. Because we don't want your muscles tiring out, workout 4-6 times a week, but do this exercise everyday, even on your rest day.
Aside tightening your vagina walls, this exercise is a great abdominal workout! So whilst your vagina gets tighter, your abs get toned and your belly even flatter!
Kegel Exercises
Another way to tighten the vagina is by doing the kegel exercises on a regular basis. This exercise is often recommended to ladies post delivery. The kegel exercise involves a woman contracting the muscles of her groin and then relaxing them after 10 seconds.
Keep contracting and relaxing the groin muscles for at least 15 times and follow up with 4 sets of the same every day. You can also try contracting your groin muscles while you urinate and hold back the urine for about 5 seconds before continuing. Do this till you finish urinating and repeat the procedure every time you need to urinate.
Vaginal Cone
Another vagina tightening remedy employs the use of a vaginal cone which looks like a regular tampon, but has weights attached to it. This method isn't very popular amongst women in this parts.
If you can get your hands on a vaginal cone, you'll need to insert the cone (with the weights hanging off the end) into
your vagina and try to hold it in with the help of your vaginal muscles for a couple of minutes before releasing it. Repeat the procedure at least 5 times a day and add more weights as you progress.
Herbal Creams
Stores are always flooded with herbal products that claim to combat or improve some health situations and vagina tightening has its own share of herbal products.
These products can be applied over the vaginal opening and inside the vagina for effective results. It's advisable to opt for a cream only after consulting with a
physician. Even though these creams may not be harmful, they may contain certain ingredients that can cause allergic side reactions. So make sure you choose a cream that would offer you the maximum benefits with minimum or no side effects at all.
Home Remedy
Some home remedies for vagina tightening made popular by some women include the use of lime, I don't know anyone with a firsthand experience of this, so I can't recommend this.

ReplyDeleteI'm putting on a POP jacket to support my spine. It's only doctors that can remove it. And that's January. It's getting tighter. I've reduced my food, I can only sit and lie. What can I do? I can't exercise. Trust me, I'm taking fruits, please help me.

When the jacket is taken off, you might need a personal trainer to help you until you're strong enough to workout on your own.
