Workout report; Confessions and Achievements

Hi Beauties! It's a beautIFU Saturday morning in this part of the world and I'm glad to be alive! How you doing?

One of our lovely blog readers suggested that aside sharing our successes and workout achievements we should also confess our relapses. I totally think this is a great idea. So I'm gonna start with myself. I don't remember exercising this week. *covers face* I bet you're thinking "ah Ifu...you're  not practicing what you preach here. "

Well, I've got a good reason for my actions. I didn't workout frequently this week because I was terribly sick. Yes, initially I was stubborn and refused to get treatment because I hate medicine and needles, plus I was also lying to myself, but I'm getting proper treatment now.

The other reason that would have been valid was my busy schedule, but that's no  reason not to exercise. I believe that no matter how busy you are , you can always make out time to exercise. If you plan your schedule well, regular exercising would be a lifestyle.

If you're looking for ways to break your busy schedule and introduce exercising into it, here's how to start;

First, determine what time of the day you're likely to get a free 10-15 mins. I prefer mornings because you can always set your alarm to ring 10-15 minutes earlier. You can also get time from your night time after work, but for beginners, this might not be a good time to throw in your workout program, because sometimes you're so tired everything seems wrong aside dropping on the bed and falling asleep. So I totally vote for mornings.

Aside the fact that you burn more fat when you exercise in the morning, exercising in the morning will renew your entire body and set you up for a new day. So figure out what works for you and make exercising a lifestyle!

There are loads of bodyweight exercises to choose from, depending on your fitness need. For total body workout, jump ropes, squats, pushups and planks can never go wrong.

So let's hear your confessions and achievements.

Before I end this post, here's some good news; a friend of mine finally made the decision to start exercising and live a healthier life. She's starting by introducing 1 week detox into her everyday meals. In the 2nd week, she'll be starting her workout program full time. Her problem areas are her belly and arms. She'll also like to get a bigger booty! I'm so glad because with her enthusiasm and my help, her fitness goals will become a reality!

Now, let's hear from you! Please leave your comments and suggestions below. Don't forget I introduced a workout program/ challenge called "get fit for Christmas". The way it works is simple, you tell me what you want and I make a video addressing your needs. Please read more here .

Finally, I'm done for now! Please leave your comments and suggestions below. I love you guys!

    1. Dear Viv, I know that a weight loss journey isn't the easiest to embark on, but I believe that if you always remind your self of the amazing benefits of staying fit and healthy , you'll pull through. It's not easy...diligence and self motivation is what you need. I hope that you got a physician's approval to lose weight...

    1. It's a simple detox water containing lime, lemon and grape juices. These citrus fruits aid in burning belly fat and getting rid of toxins in the body
