Women: How to get a smaller waist and bigger butt ( workout video and article)



Losing excess weight will get your waist smaller and make your figure more visible. If you want a bigger butt you don't want fat there, but bigger glute muscles. You can achieve this by doing some exercises that target the glute muscles so that your butt will get rounder and toned. ( Checkout my workout video on how to get a smaller waist and bigger booty. A good diet and targeted strength training exercises will help you achieve your goals. Here are some steps to follow if you'd  like a smaller waist and bigger butt.

Step 1 

You'll need to burn excess fat by engaging in cardio exercises such as jogging, swimming, dancing and even cycling. You'll also need to cut short on your calorie by avoiding high calorie foods. Instead of drinking soda water, drink a simple detox water consisting of lime, lemon and grape juice. 

Step 2 

Perform strength training exercises that target  your core and abodominal muscles. Some of these exercises include crunch, planks and bicycle crunch. These exercises will strengthen your core and once you lose weight you'll see the results. Remember to incorporate cardio exercises into these core and abdominal exercises.

Step 3
 
Perform exercises that target your posterior end. These exercises include; squats, lunges, butt bridges and even donkey kicks. To make them more intense add weights after a few repetitions with your own body weight. Weighted squats and lunges increase the muscle mass in yoir posterior end and this ultimately gets it bigger. As you get more used to it, you can increase the weight.

Step 4 

If you're looking to get a smaller waist and bigger booty here's what your workout routine should comprise

1. Cardio; exercises that makes you sweat and burn fat.
2. Abdominal exercises: crunch, planks
3. Butt exercises: squats, lunges

After your cardio session do 15-20 reps of your preferred abdominal and butt exercises for 3-5 sets. Do them 4-6 times a week for fast results.

    1. Cut out the cardio ...focus on strength training and exercises that target your abs and glutes
