Good morning Beauties! How y'all doing? I'm doing great. I slept with a very disturbing headache, but I lost it in dreamland! Has anyone been working out or trying out new workout challenges?
I've got some good news! 2 of my colleagues made the decision to revitalize the way they live, so they've started working out. They're looking to lose some pounds before Christmas and so help me God, we're working together to achieve this.
Another good news is about my former colleague who's been overweight for years now. He just revealed to me that he's already on a weight loss journey! I bet you guys trust me to support him.
He's gotten a doctor to evaluate his health and he's fit and ready for the changes his body will experience as he travels this weight loss path.

Hi Ifu! Good to know you are doing great... i have a challenge pls what could be responsible for me gaining weight now that i am more active with house chores n working out more ? Pls i am confused.... and i am doing the detox with cucumber,scent leaf, lemon and lime.... also the one with lemon, lime and grapefruit .... i alternate dem... i tot to maybe d proportion i mix them in is wrong.... i dont know.... i am just so confused cos i really want to loose weight asap..... pardon my typo errors pls
ReplyDeleteStress and lack of sleep could be responsible, also your calorie consumption matters. Do you eat high calorie foods a lot? You need to watch it dear...
DeleteHi Ifu! I have an achievement. To share. Came across ur blog say 3 months ago(u had just started it) and I joined the 1st ever butt challenge for a curvier toned butt. Was dissapointed when I couldn't see results early(after a month). This is d 3rd month and I'm happy my persistence paid off. Yayyy! But now I'm very lazy nd I haven't done a single squat for a week now. Wud try to resume nxt month. Love ur blog. Ciao!
