Best exercises for toned/smaller thighs



Hi Beauties! How's your week starting out? Today I'd like to share some tips on how to reduce the thighs and get them toned. Targeting the thighs alone can be very hard, but there are some exercises that can help get them in shape as they work other lower body parts.
General weight loss will reduce the size of the thighs, but I'm not sending you off to start an intense cardio workout program.

During our last weight loss challenge I discovered that a combination of lower body exercises which I did with minimal breaks got me burning calories which made me lose about 3kg the first week, but here's the interesting part, as I burnt fat and lost weight the areas the exercises targeted came out very toned. These areas include my thighs, legs and my posterior end. As my thighs reduced in size, it came out super toned and my legs and butt got even hotter.

The workout program is a combination of squats, lunge and donkey kicks. I'd like to add running/jogging and the side leg lift to this workout program. Running/jogging has a way of toning our thigh and leg muscles because they keep these body parts engaged the whole time the exercise lasts. Side leg lifts also work great for our thighs too.

To do the side leglift, lie on your side, keep your leg muscles engaged, then with your legs stretched out, lift the right leg as high as possible (assuming you're starting with your right leg), do 20-30 reps per set and repeat on both legs.

If you'll be trying this out, please take a picture of your thighs so that in a week's time you can compare them and see what results you've achieved.

    1. If you want bigger thighs you'll have to eat healthy to gain weight if you're under weight. This same exercises will help tone them if you don't do it as a cardio for weight loss...
