Amazing before and after pictures of a blog reader + success story

I'm always glad and excited when I learn that someone has embarked on a weightloss journey or a fitness program, but super-excited is the word that perfectly describes my mood when I learn that they get amazing results. The latest success story on this blog is from an anonymous reader who'd like to go by her alias 'Coy mistress'. Find her story and before and after pictures compared side by side after the cut. (See how to get a flatter belly in 3 days here.)

"Dear Ifu,
I promised to send in my story and would have loved to give every detail but I don't want to turn this into an epistle. If you decide to post this, I don't want my name in it you can call me 'coymistress'. I'd send a progress report maybe then I'd use my name. I also want to send a write up on the need to visit a doctor before starting any workout routine. Kindly let me know if is welcomed.
I intended to join the September workout challenge, but two days into the month, I took ill. I was still determined to workout but on recovery, I felt very weak(maybe I was just being lazy). I'd do like 5squats and say to myself; I just want to maintain my bod.
Before now, my routine consisted of 10 of whatever I do be it squats, sit ups or whatever in 2sets.
However,on the 14th, I resumed my workout routine and gradually increased it. My routine comprises of at least 50squats, 40leg kicks, lunges, crunch and some other exercises whose name I can't recall(lol), and I also skip.
I really don't want to follow any strict diet but I've started taking in food in moderate quantity and I took your advice on detox water which I spice up with other fruits and take in small quantity. In all, I try to eat healthy.
I have seen improvement in my tummy as it has never been this flat even when I used to go to the gym. I'm glad I've been able to make my workout more intense and I'm equally happy that I now sweat while working out in cold weather(I used to think it was impossible for me). This past 2weeks, My fat has cried so much and I feel lighter. I intend to send a follow up report in 2weeks.
Thank you Ifu!
My pics, the one in pink is after....have a lovely day"

    1. Most fitness experts agree that the best time to workout is in the morning because you get to burn more fat,but evening works better for your schedule, then go with it. However the best way to exercise is to mKe it a part of your lifestyle, just like brushing your teeth everyday or eating...working out 4-5 times a week is ideal...

    1. Hey viv, working out can help you a lot but if you are naturally on the big side, you might not be able to loose all the weight. Guess Ifu has an article on this. The important thing is that you sincerely make the effort and love yourself despite the outcome
