Regular exercising may lower the risk of breast cancer

Hello Beauties! Yesterday, Oct 13 was "No bra" day to support breast cancer awareness and this post was supposed to happen yesterday... In this new post I'll share how regular exercising can help lower risk of breast cancer, (thanks to cancer.net) .

According to research, regular exercising or involvement in physical activity can help lower the risk of several kinds of cancers including; breast cancer and colon cancer. For the purpose of this article we'll be dealing with breast cancer.

Studies have shown that women who spend at least 3hours exercising weekly have 30%-40% lower risk of getting cancer and this applies to every woman regardless of their family history. Regular exercising reduces the risk of breast cancer by tackling some factors that increase the chances of getting cancer. These factors include obesity, hormones and inflammation.

Obesity has been linked to several cancers like postmenopausal breast cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer and a long list of other cancers, but research has shown that regular exercising that results in weight loss can lower a person's chance of getting cancer. It also lowers intra-abdominal fat ( dangerous fat that forms deep within the center part of the body and is linked with higher risk of several diseases). Read more about weight loss exercises here.

Regardless of one's lifestyle regular BSE (Breast self examination) is advised to help detect any lump in the breast. These lumps may be as a result of cancer and early detection is best for tackling and killing cancer cells.

For people looking to improve their breast size, regular BSE can also increase breast size, but we'll talk about this some other time.

I am petite female in her mid 20's with big boobs(sagging n yet to breast feed), big tummy(you will think am 3 months pregos Ifu), big thighs, and big butt. Please help!!!! What can I do to firm up my boobs(I don't mind if it reduces), make my tummy flat and reduce my thighs. Thanks so much for your help :))
