Weight loss program: Free Weight loss tools, detox, meal plan and exercises

A good weight loss program should contain exercises that increase your metabolism, burn fat and also tone your body. It should also contain a healthy meal plan that won't leave your pocket shallow.
Below is a weight loss plan that guarantees to help you lose between 3kg-6kg weekly, if you're diligent. The exercises involved are great for people who can't do intense cardio exercises due to leg injuries or other health problems.
Blog readers who lost significant amount of weight in a short period of time adopted some of these exercises into their workout program. These exercises focus on the upper body, midsection and lower body and will require only your own bodyweight and 15-20 minutes of your time. To make this exercise routine very effective, try to maintain a maximum of 20-30 seconds break between each set and do 3-5 sets of each exercise.

Exercise Routine For Weight loss

1. Wall squats: This exercise gets your heart pumping, it works on your entire core while it tones your posterior end, thighs and legs. It also reduces the waistline after a while. This exercise works perfectly for me. Do 30 wall squats per set. Click HERE to read more.

2. Static squat hold: This exercise helps tones your glute muscles, thighs and legs. It also helps fight cellulite. Do 30 seconds to 1 minute per set.

3. Alternating Lunge/ Static Lunge: This exercise is second to squats. For the alternating lunge do 30 (each leg) per set. For the static lunge do 1 minute (on each leg) per set.

4. Triangle pushup: This works on your chest and arms. It also helps tone flabby arms. Do 20 pushups per set.

5. Crunches: Crunches are great abdominal exercises that help sculpt your entire abs and midsection. Do 40 per set.

6. Plank hold: This exercise helps flatten your belly and also works the entire core. It's also a great exercise for building your abs and 6packs. Do 30- 60 seconds per set.

Important Things You Need To Know Before Starting A Workout Program

1. You need to know your BMI (body mass index). Your BMI will determine if you're overweight, underweight or if your weight is normal. Sometimes all you need to do is just work on a protruding belly that makes you look overweight. Click HERE to read about BMI index.

2. Get a physician to evaluate your health and workout program. To avoid health complications.

3. Weight loss is a gradual process. You need to know that weight loss is a gradual process and you'll achieve your desired weight if you're true to your weight loss program. It took you sometime to put on all the extra calories and you're not going to lose it with a snap of your finger.

4. You need to get a workout journal to keep records of your statistics and general progress.

5. Finally you need to know why you're embarking on a weight loss journey and follow it through. Also learn to love yourself and avoid self pity.

Weight loss Meal Plan And Detox

Detox: It's not news that a good detox helps to flush the system, gets rid of toxins and also reduces fat, especially belly fat. A simple and effective detox contains 3 basic ingredients that are always available to us, namely; lemons, limes and grapes. Make a glass of detox water using all these fruits or any of them. These fruits are expert fat burners. They also contribute to your overall health and wellness. Did you know that lime and lemons help to inhibit cancer growth? Now you know.
Weight loss Foods: Salmon, avocado, apples, leafy greens, walnuts, eggs, fruits are all good for weight loss. Try incorporating them into your meals daily and cut short on excess calories and soda.
With these weight loss tools, your weight loss journey should be a success.

    1. Hi dear, losing weight doesn't mean you have yo starve yourself even if you adopt a detox solution. Your body still needs its daily calorie intake to function well... Eating right is the the key.
