4. Triangle pushup: This works on your chest and arms. It also helps tone flabby arms. Do 20 pushups per set.
5. Crunches: Crunches are great abdominal exercises that help sculpt your entire abs and midsection. Do 40 per set.
6. Plank hold: This exercise helps flatten your belly and also works the entire core. It's also a great exercise for building your abs and 6packs. Do 30- 60 seconds per set.

ReplyDeleteHi dear, losing weight doesn't mean you have yo starve yourself even if you adopt a detox solution. Your body still needs its daily calorie intake to function well... Eating right is the the key.
