6kg gone in 2wks: Amazing before and after pics of our weight loss challenge participant



September 30th marked the end of our weight-loss challenge (for those who participated). Despite some of my shortcomings and some difficulties faced by some participants I'm glad to announce that it ended on a good note. Yes, I've been getting good feedbacks.

Mrs. Odunayo (the lady in the above picture) lost 6kg in 2weeks thanks to her workout routine that comprises of jogging and few squat variations. Due to the fact that she's a new mum and is still breast feeding she did not adopt any meal/diet plan, but her commitment to her workout program paid off.



During a chat with her, she revealed to me that her weightloss goal is to maintain a healthy weight of 72kg. This means Mrs.Odunayo still needs to lose 6kg, but I'm excited for her because she's so motivated.

If you participated in out September weightloss challenge, please send me your results. It doesn't matter if you lost too little or too much weight, what counts is the fact that you challenged yourself and took a huge step to getting healthy.

  1. Wow amazing I m hapy for her, meanwhile som pples body do adapt so fast and reduce fast aswel while some ve strong headed body me inclusive . Congrats to her
