Wht this greenish thing she blended, oh I guess cucumber, spinach, scent leave, lime etc. Good for her, tht is if she can keep to the plan. I heard it works and rejuvenates the skin.

ReplyDeleteI did squats and lunges for about a month and people started complaining about my butts. I realized they were becoming bigger (my butts are on the big side naturally). Are there any exercises I can do without increasing my butt size? Infact, I'll like it if my butts reduce (too large, it's kinda embarrassing)

DeleteThe core aim of squats and lunges is to improve your the appearance of your posterior end and tone your legs and thighs, but if you combine these exercises with other exercises you could get another result entirely. So what exactly are you looking at achieving?
