" ...I've just had loads of issues o. My babydaddy won't help with child support... In fact since I gave birth to her he's only seen her on my DP. He hasn't spent a kobo on her, yet he's been threatening to take her away from me. I've known him for 13 years and we dated for a long time, but I never expected him to behave this way...." - Anonymous reader
Hi Beauties! I'm on a break thanks (no thanks) to a colleague who hasn't shown up on set and the above message from a blog reader got my attention. It also got me upset so I decided to talk about it here.
Why the h*ll are some baby daddies irresponsible? This's the first question I asked aloud... If you're sexually active , you should be prepared for the responsibilities that come with it. This also goes to the ladies.
So a baby happens and your partner doesn't want an abortion, but that's no excuse not to pay child's support when the baby finally comes. I'm not sure what the laws are regarding child support in this part of the world (I'll educate myself on this soon), but I believe that every man who fathers a child owes that child an obligation to take care of them financially and in every way possible.
So, I'm still asking; Why the h*l are some baby-daddies irresponsible? It's not the fault of the baby that he or she was born into this world. If your feelings for the mother has changed, the baby shouldn't have to suffer for it, especially if the mother is financially unstable. I'm going to find out what the law says about child support in this part of the world and see how I can intervene in the situation of our blog reader.
I'm about to get back on set, but I'd like to read your thoughts on this, especially from our male blog readers.
If you're loser-baby-daddy or if you once belonged to that department, let us know what triggered your actions. I'd appreciate your comments and suggestions on this.
